Edward A. Keible, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Keible has served as a director of Endwave since January 1994. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. From 1973 until 1993, Mr. Keible held various positions at Raychem Corporation, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President with specific oversight of Raychem's International and Electronics Groups. Mr. Keible has been awarded four patents in the fields of electronics and communications. Mr. Keible holds a B.A. in engineering sciences, a B.E. and an M.E. in materials science from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. Mr. Keible serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Electronics Association and is Chairman of the AeA’s Silicon Valley/Bay Area Council. Additionally Mr. Keible serves as a member of the Board of Overseers of the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

John J. Mikulsky
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Mr. Mikulsky serves as Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Ed Keible, President and CEO of Endwave. As COO, Mr. Mikulsky has overall responsibilities for Operations, Product Development and Business Unit Management. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Mikulsky served as Endwave’s Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Market and Business Development from 2000 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Mikulsky served from 1993 until 1996 as a Technology Manager for Balazs Analytical Laboratory, a provider of analytical services to the semiconductor and disk drive industries. Prior to 1993, Mr. Mikulsky worked at Raychem Corporation, most recently as a Division Manager for the Electronic Systems Division. Mr. Mikulsky holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Marquette University, an M.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an M.S. in Management from the Sloan School at M.I.T.

Brett W. Wallace
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
Mr. Wallace joined Endwave in March 2006 as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Endwave, Mr. Wallace was a senior investment banker working with technology-related companies. As an investment banker, Mr. Wallace held Managing Director positions at Raymond James & Associates, Piper Jaffray & Co. and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin. Mr. Wallace began his career with Lehman Brothers as a Corporate Finance Analyst. He has a bachelor's degree in quantitative economics from University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

David M. Hall
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Defense and Security Products Division
Mr. Hall serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Endwave’s defense business unit, reporting to John Mikulsky, COO. Mr. Hall is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in the high-technology sector. As President and CEO of Proto Engineering he reengineered a printed circuit board manufacturer into a profitable enterprise that he then sold. As co-founder of BridgeFront, LLC he was instrumental in assisting technology start-up companies to commercialize their technologies . Prior to Mr. Hall held multiple responsibilities at Trimble Navigation including the handling of M&A and divestitures, corporate marketing, and the managing of four of Trimble's seven operating divisions. Mr. Hall began his career at Raychem Corporation, serving for 21 years in a variety of management positions including sales, marketing, distribution management, product management and operations. He is past chairman of the American Electronics Association (AeA) International Committee, and member of the Executive Committee for the National Board of Director's. He was also chairman of the AeA Bay Area Council. Mr. Hall holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology and an M.B.A with honors from California Polytechnic State University.

Steven F. Layton
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Telecom Products Division
Mr. Layton serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Endwave’s Telecom Business Unit, reporting to John Mikulsky, COO. Mr. Layton is responsible for the continued growth of Endwave’s telecommunications business. Prior to this new assignment, Mr. Layton served as Vice President of Sales for Endwave from 2003 to 2005. He joined Endwave in 1998 as Director of Sales with over 20 years of engineering sales experience in the microwave/millimeter wave telecommunications industry. Prior to Endwave, Mr. Layton was the Director of Sales for VertiCom, Inc. from 1995 to 1998 where he was responsible for establishing sales channels and launching products for the SatCOM and terrestrial communications markets. From 1982 -1989, Mr. Layton held various Director of Sales positions at Monolithic Microsystems, Microsource, and Pacific Monolithics. Mr. Layton began his career in sales at Avantek, where he was Regional Sales Manager from 1978 to 1982. From 1973 to 1977, Mr. Layton served in the U.S. Army in Okinawa, Japan as a Technical Assistance Coordinator. Mr. Layton holds a degree in engineering from the University of Hawaii and a degree in business from the University of Maryland.

Daniel P. Teuthorn
Senior Vice President, Technology
Dan Teuthorn serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Technology Division of Engineering, reporting to John Mikulsky, COO. Mr. Teuthorn is responsible for setting the technology strategy and overall management of the Endwave product development and advanced device design teams. Since joining Endwave in 1994, Mr. Teuthorn has progressed in his responsibilities during his tenure at Endwave, holding Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering and Vice President of Engineering positions. Prior to Endwave, from 1989 to 1994 Mr. Teuthorn was the Engineering Manager responsible for the YIG oscillator product line at Ferretec, a division of Litton Solid State. Mr. Teuthorn began his career at Litton Solid State in the position of Microwave Engineer from 1986 to 1989. Mr. Teuthorn holds a BSEE from the University of California at Davis and MSEE from Santa Clara University.

Arthur A. Arrington
Vice President of Manufacturing
Art Arrington serves as Vice President, Worldwide Manufacturing Operations having joined Endwave in April 2000 as Director of Manufacturing. Prior to Endwave, Mr. Arrington was Production Manager of Milliwave, the millimeter wave products division of TRW. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Arrington held various management positions within TRW, including automotive electronics, defense and semiconductor manufacturing and fabrication. Prior to TRW, Mr. Arrington held various production management positions at companies including Wangtek, Pertec Computer Corp, and Becton Dickinson Industries. Mr. Arrington majored in Business Administration at San Fernando Mission College, in addition to having completed several professional manufacturing programs at TRW, Ford Motor Co. and Manex.

James R. Crossen
Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Crossen comes to Endwave after nearly five years as Senior Counsel at APX Incorporated of Santa Clara, a private Internet commerce company in the wholesale energy sector. Prior to APX, he spent 17 years at ESL Incorporated, a subsidiary of TRW's Space and Defense Group now owned by Northrop-Grumman. While there, Crossen excelled at a variety of contract management, project management, and Total Quality management assignments. Concurrently, he is a Senior Faculty Member (Law) at the University of Phoenix, and a retired Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Mr. Crossen earned a B.A. with honors from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D. from Santa Clara University Law School.

Mark A. Hebeisen
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Hebeisen serves as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, reporting to Ed Keible, President and CEO of Endwave. In his expanded role, Mr. Hebeisen’s responsibilities include successful implementation of Endwave’s merger and acquisition strategy, business development, corporate marketing, and investor relations. He joined Endwave in connection with the September 2002 acquisition of the wireless assets of Signal Technology's Wireless Group (SWG). From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Hebeisen was V.P. of Technology and Business Development for SWG, where he was responsible for engineering and sales divisions of the fixed wireless commercial business unit. Prior to 1999, Mr. Hebeisen was Director of Engineering and Sales, as well as an original founder of Advanced Frequency Products (AFP), a private millimeter wave transceiver start-up company that was later sold to Signal Technology. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Hebeisen held various RF and microwave design positions for both defense and commercial wireless applications with Alpha Industries and Raytheon. Mr. Hebeisen holds both BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Curt P. Sacks
Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller
Mr. Sacks has served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller since February 2006. He joined the company in 2004 as Corporate Controller, after serving in this capacity for two successive companies – first, for Com21, Inc., a manufacturer of system solutions for the broadband access market; and next with Finisar, Inc., — a manufacturer of high-speed communication equipment for data and storage. Prior to 1998, Mr. Sacks worked in corporate finance at 3Com Corporation and as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Sacks is a C.P.A. in California with a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
