Mr. Winn has served as a director of Endwave since July 2000, and was elected non-executive Chairman of the Board in January 2005. From March 1992 to January 2000, Mr. Winn served in various capacities with TriQuint Semiconductor, a semiconductor manufacturer, most recently as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mr. Winn served in various capacities with Avantek, most recently as Product Group Vice President. Mr. Winn received a B.S. in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Mr. Winn serves as a member of the board of directors of Volterra Semiconductor Corporation and NASSDA Corporation.
Edward A. Keible, Jr.

Mr. Keible has served as a director of Endwave since January 1994. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. From 1973 until 1993, Mr. Keible held various positions at Raychem Corporation, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President with specific oversight of Raychem's International and Electronics Groups. Mr. Keible has been awarded four patents in the fields of electronics and communications. Mr. Keible holds a B.A. in engineering sciences, a B.E. and an M.E. in materials science from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. Mr. Keible serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Electronics Association and is Chairman of the AeA’s Silicon Valley/Bay Area Council. Additionally Mr. Keible serves as a member of the Board of Overseers of the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.
Joseph J. Lazzara

Mr. Lazzara joined the Endwave Board of Directors in February of 2004. Mr. Lazzara has been the President and CEO of Scientific Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: STIZ) since 1993, Treasurer and Director of Scientific Technologies since 1984, and has been employed by STI since 1981. Prior to 1981, Mr. Lazzara worked for Hewlett-Packard Company. He is a past Member of the Board of Directors of the American Electronics Association, the Board Executive Committee of the AEA and past Chairman of the AEA's Competitive Excellence Committee. In addition, Mr. Lazzara also served as past Chairman of the EHS Committee for the Association of Manufacturing Technology. Mr. Lazzara received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
John F. McGrath, Jr.

Mr. McGrath has served on the Endwave Board of Directors since January of 2005. Mr. McGrath is Vice President and CFO for Network Equipment Technologies, a position he has held since 2001. Prior to this, Mr. McGrath served as Vice President of Finance for Aspect Communications. Mr. McGrath received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, with a focus on Finance and International Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is an active member of Financial Executives International.
Wade Meyercord

Mr. Meyercord joined the Endwave Board of Directors in March of 2004. Mr. Meyercord is the President of Meyercord & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in Board and Executive-level Compensation. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Meyercord served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RioPort.com, Inc. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Meyercord was Senior Vice President, e-commerce for Diamond Multimedia. Prior to 1998, Mr. Meyercord served as CEO of Read-Rite Corporation, President of the Storage Equipment Group at Memorex, and General Manager of the IBM San Jose Manufacturing Facility. Mr. Meyercord currently sits on the Board of Directors of Microchip, Magma Design Automation, and is Chairman of California Micro Devices. Mr. Meyercord received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A in Engineering Administration from Syracuse University.

Mr. Stonestrom is President and Chief Executive Officer of Airspan Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIRN), a leading worldwide provider of WiMAX-based broadband wireless access networks and carrier class Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Wi-Fi Hotzone systems. Mr. Stonestrom joined Airspan at its inception in January 1998 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer until his appointment to President and Chief Executive Officer in May 1998. Prior to joining Airspan, Mr. Stonestrom served with DSC Communications Corporation as a Vice President. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stonestrom worked at Bell Laboratories and at AT&T in a variety of senior technical and management positions. He received B.S., M.S. and M. Eng. degrees from the College of Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley.
